WHAT SHOULD I KNOW BEFORE MY VISIT.
Mindy is most accommodating to a wide range of clients. However, Mindy will ask that you adhere to the following:
1) Please do not make vulgar remarks of suggestions. Mindy works best in an environment of respect.
2) Mindy is most responsive to clients that are clean and properly groomed. She does provide a shower and fresh towels so it is a good idea to use it when you arrive.
3) Only cancel with good reason and respect my time.
4) Please do not be late. It affects me as well as the other clients.
5) In the event something comes up please text as soon as possible so alternate arrangements can be made.
6) I only practice covered safe play at all times. No BB service at any time. Do not even ask.
7) Soft Gentle touch only. Rough handling is reason for me to terminate services.
IF I WANT TO BRING A GIFT, WHAT WOULD INTEREST MINDY
Some of Mindy's clients prefer to bring a gift with their visit. This is not expected and she wants that none of her clients feel obligated but if you wish here are some suggestions that would "hit the mark".

WHAT DOES MINDY'S CONDO LOOK LIKE?
Mindy is very proud of her condo. She always keeps it spotless. Fresh towels are provided along with a shower to freshen up. several reviews on CAF comment on the quality and cleanliness of Mindy's condo.
WHERE IS MINDY LOCATED?
Mindy's Condo is located on the west end of downtown Calgary. Conveniently located near the C Train Station, it is easily accessible. There is ample parking as well around the Condo. The area is not a high traffic area so your privacy is protected and Mindy's condo is secure form the public.
